Effingham Health System is transforming healthcare for the communities northwest of Savannah, including its home community in Effingham County, Georgia.

Effingham Health System offers comprehensive family, women’s, pediatric and geriatric healthcare, all provided by a team of experienced physicians and allied health specialists.

Newly remodeled Effingham Hospital in Springfield offers advanced emergency medicine, a full complement of diagnostic services including laboratory and imaging, same day and general surgery, inpatient care and a host of outpatient rehabilitative programs. Off the main campus, community members can enjoy the convenience of an OPEN-MRI center as well as an outpatient imaging center, complete with a women’s program, both in Rincon. Effingham Health System also offers a new Cancer Care Center within Effingham Hospital in partnership with Savannah-based Summit Cancer Care.

In addition to screening and testing services, ECB also provides guest speakers who offer complimentary presentations to your workforce on a variety of topics from cancer prevention to heart health, from CPR to best practices in flu prevention.

St. Joseph/Candler Hospitals, with 714 beds, offer local and regional primary care, specialized inpatient and outpatient services in its two anchor hospitals, home healthcare services, and a wide variety of community outreach and education efforts.
